Job duties and responsibilities Develop/revise corporate procedures and related system SOPs to standardize business operations and/or reflect business changes.
Initiate and/or coordinate system modification/migration/implementation with IT, users and management teams.
Train users to ensure full compliance with procedures and regulations.
Perform research/benchmark studies and make necessary procedural/system recommendations to improve business processes and company competitiveness/efficiency.
Perform internal audits, including collecting data & analyzing, conducting onsite audits and drafting final audit reports to ensure compliance.
Monitor and compare monthly production performances, including but not limited to production productivity, quality, efficiency, packaging, downtime, preventive maintenance, cost of shipping, etc.
Prepare recommendations with analysis and proposed solutions for decision making.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.
Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity.
Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment and business travel.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
