Job Details
Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of matrimonial matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, property division, and related issues.
Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other necessary paperwork.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
Maintain a high level of client communication and provide regular updates on case progress.
Stay abreast of changes in family law legislation and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Bar in New Jersey 10 years of experience practicing matrimonial law.
Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize a high caseload efficiently.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
