Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

We are in search for a Full Time person (40 Hours/week) to join our team in customer service. This person will also be responsible for some accounting procedures and reporting projects in our Livingston, NJ office.
- Responsibilities:
Answering an directing calls
Quoting customers
Order entry
Filing
UPS entry
Various daily accounting duties
Qualifications:
o The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
o Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail
o Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
o Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must
Experience with MAS90 and UPS Worldship a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
