Job Summary :
This HR Professional will be instrumental is developing a comprehensive HR strategy for the division including creation, implementation and management of programs in talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, organizational development and other fundamental HR programs. Major areas of responsibility include running experienced hire and campus recruitment programs, managing employee relations issues, and participating in training and organization development programs. This position will require excellent analytical skills as well people development skills and will support our leadership in all facets of developing appropriate human resources plans in a dynamic, changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic business partner to ensure HR strategies are aligned to support the business strategies and objectives
Drive HR / business projects and initiatives across all client groups including, but not limited to: Recruitment, Talent and succession planning; Performance management; Strategic Workforce planning; Organizational design & integration; Mentoring; Leadership development; Employee recognition programs
Provide advice and counsel to HR and leadership teams in change management, employee engagement, performance management, career development and salary administration.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain diverse talent including campus recruitment initiatives
Ensure leadership and employees are informed of the HR policies and practices, programs and proposed changes that affect employees and/or operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master's Degree and/or SHRM Certificatio preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity with exposure to specialties such as compensation, recruitment, and performance management
Proven ability to manage a wide variety of HR programs, change management and roll-out of corporate HR initiatives.
Ability to build effective partnerships with leadership teams and employees.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal savvy and composure especially in critical events
Knowledge of Federal, state, and local employment laws
Business acumen or ability to quickly acquire business knowledge

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
